Every week you get a message with what got done, what comes next, and whether any decision is waiting on you. Async communication by default: I work, you don't need to be available around the clock.
1 revision round included in the original scope. Major changes of direction: the kind that changes the problem being solved, not just how it gets solved, trigger a new brief before any execution.

The project goes live. Not to staging, not to "final validation before go-live". To production, with domain, with SSL, with everything working.
Along with the deploy: handoff documentation, enough for you (or any dev) to understand what was built and how to change it without needing me for every small tweak.
